What do your eyes see
As they peer into the darkness
That lies beyond the glass?
Do they capture the glimmer of stars
In all of their infinity, the universe
And every endless possibility?
Are you, too, crushed
By the weight of the world?
Can you recognize your reflection
Gazing back from the darkness?
Who are you,
And how will you justify
The space you fill
Amongst those stars?
